Envisioned to be an atmosphere carrying intimate apparel not widely available in Baltimore, the concept for Bella Sorpresa was born of Charisse Paige’s appreciation and love for quality lingerie.  Ignited by her passion, partner Kevin Smith embarked on creating Bella Sorpresa, a boutique devoted to reaffirming every woman’s desire for an inspired life of luxury and unadulterated sex appeal.
